BMC FUNdamentals of climbing 3 workshop
The third FUNdamentals workshop is designed to educate coaches working with climbers demonstrating an advanced level of climbing technique. A coach working at this level should have a deep personal understanding of complex techniques and have high level observational skills to analyse a climber's movement.
This course will look at what happens to body positioning and movement when hand and footholds become worse, the angle steepens and dynamic movement is employed.
Whether climbing or coaching indoors, on the crags, or in the Alps, BMC coach education and FUNdamentals workshops cover a range of themes that will broaden your knowledge and improve your coaching.
